The popularity of sustainability gives companies an opportunity to be innovative in whole new ways. When looking at the whole life cycle of your product there are opportunities that are just waiting to be taken advantage of.

I'm just curious as to how easy/difficult it will be for a customer to return their boots and what incentives Timberland is offering to encourage this practice.

They need to stop destroying rainforests first. Then I might be inclined to buy some of their products.
