Buy a Geiger counter.

How is this news? If you sit in your chair for forty-two days, you get the equivalent of a single X-Ray. Not a life-threatening, cancer-causing amount...one X-Ray.

Negligible amounts of metal in products that are not used regularly are nothing to be worried about. Yes, radiation has the potential to cause all sorts of problems, but so do a wide range of other products people use without thinking about it. So does the sun.

If they were to find that there were radioactive metals in pacemakers or something, which is implanted into your body, you might have cause for concern, but I don't think I'm going to use my cheese grater enough to be worried.

The point is that without any kind of oversight, you could be accumulating much larger amounts. There's no reason it couldn't also be your desk chair that's contaminated--there's 6 hours/day--plus your box springs--there's another 8--how about your bedside lamp base, and the springs in your car seat, how about the cookware that's imported from China, and the utensils that are too? So go ahead and use your cheese grater, but realize that the problem is much more basic and pervasive than than.

Our gov't in increasingly allowing more and more exposure to heavy metals by neglect of their duties as well as by outright promotion. The new "green" lightbulbs that are all the rave contain MERCURY. So does increasing amounts of high fructose corn syrup. Vinyl lunch boxes contain lead. Heavy metals, radioactive and not, are showing up everywhere now.

My theory: Since the slow, gradual decrease in mercury in the childhood vaccine schedule, Big Pharma knows that a concurrent slow in the rise of autism will occur. They are fighting so hard to prove the their vaccines did not cause this catastrophic epidemic, and they are running scared. They NEED to keep the heavy metal exposure high to keep the autism rate up so the correlation to the vaccines cannot be easily made and the finger then cannot be pointed at them.

When I was in nursing school, there was a DO NOT list of who could NEVER EVER get a flu shot. This included pregnant women, babies, people with heart conditions or immune system disorders, etc. NOW, that list has done a complete 180 to actually not only include those people, but this list is now on the HAFTA GOTTA list. Has nobody else noticed this complete change in thinking in such a short time. Well, the flu shot is not on the childhood vaccine schedule but it does contain a full load of mercury; one that, by EPA standards, would only be safe to be given to a 550 pound person.

Wake up people. This country, our gov't and Big Pharma WANTS you sick and unable to think for yourself. They want you dependent on psychotropic, mind-altering drugs. They want a population that does not have the sense to resist.

Rome fell after installing lead aqueduct systems and drinking from lead goblets. Our gov't knows full well what they are doing.
